BulletSafe's Debut at the 2014 SHOT Show
BulletSafe has already introduced a $299 Level IIIA bulletproof vest that is sending shockwaves through the body armor industry. While typical police vests sell for $850-$1,100, the BulletSafe vest offers the same level of ballistic protection for less than three hundred bucks. Finally, Security Guards, preppers, and recreational shooters can afford protection from stray bullets.
But the BulletSafe company is not content to only have one hot product that is changing the industry. Now they are showing two prototype products at the 2014 SHOT Show.
“As we sign up more and more retail locations for our vest, we want to gather feedback on our future products. And since we expect a number of customers to visit our booth to take advantage of our wholesale prices and show specials, we wanted to get their opinion on these new items,” said company President Tom Nardone.
The first prototype item is The BulletSafe Bulletproof Backpack Insert. This 10 x 12 panel can be inserted into a child or adult’s backpack and will provide level IIIA protection with a weight of just over 1 pound. The Bulletsafe Bulletproof Backpack Insert is durable, has a washable outer casing, and will be available at a price that is affordable for everyone.
The second prototype item is The BulletSafe Canine Bulletproof Vest. Just as the BulletSafe Bulletproof Vest offers great ballistic protection at a very attractive price, so will the BulletSafe Canine Bulletproof Vest. The vest is patterned and shaped in a manner similar to popular dog coats and allows canine officers great protection at an affordable price. The BulletSafe Canine Bulletproof Vest will be offered in one size for large breed dogs. It is expected to sell for roughly half of the price of other canine bulletproof vests.
If you would like to see and offer feedback on these two products, visit the BulletSafe booth, number 3948 (note: we have sinced moved to booth #2616). BulletSafe will even be accepting advanced order inquiries on both items with delivery or the final products expected in April of this year.
Of course, the BulletSafe Bulletproof Vest and BulletSafe Ballistic Plates will be at the show as well. They were introduced in August and are selling well at over 25 retail stores. “We hope to double our dealer network at the SHOT Show by offering great wholesale prices and top-notch retailer support. Our Bulletproof Vest and plates are in stock and ready to ship,” Nardone said.
